These terms apply to every order placed with Londorelle through londorelle.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Londorelle is an online womenswear store and a trading name of ECOM MAIMOUNI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17222412), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at support@londorelle.com or by phone on +31 6 38416895 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET/CEST). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract between you and Londorelle is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.
Products
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements in our size guides are approximate.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 6–8 business days. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
Returns and cancellations
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with the tags attached. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect. We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Full details are in our Refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email us at support@londorelle.com and we will put it right.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text and logos, belongs to Londorelle or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
